There is an interesting anecdote regarding the Mellotron featured on this record: It was later acquired by Genesis shortly after the mild success of their record Nursery Cryme and it is on the same Mellotron heard on “In the Court of the Crimson King,” “21st Century Schizoid Man” and elsewhere that Genesis wrote and recorded the opening to “Watcher of the Skies”, the opening track
